Membrane Separation Technology Description
Our company innovatively applies membrane separation technology in the processing of colostrum products. In the sterilization process, membrane microfiltration technology is selected to reduce microbial content through physical retention, removing microbial bodies and enhancing product safety. The entire process maintains a temperature below 20°C, effectively ensuring the biological activity of functional substances such as immunoglobulins.
The concentration process utilizes membrane ultrafiltration concentration technology, which concentrates colostrum through physical filtration methods. The entire process operates at low temperatures, achieving concentration while removing some lactose and inorganic salts, making the product suitable for a wider range of consumers, such as those who are lactose intolerant, and reducing the kidney burden caused by high salt intake. The colostrum powder produced by this process has a high immunoglobulin content, good solubility, and pleasant taste.

Low-Temperature Spray Drying Technology and Applications
This is a technology independently developed by our company, using a three-stream spray design that significantly improves primary drying efficiency. Compared to ordinary spray drying towers, this equipment can reduce exhaust temperature by up to 40°C, and the material temperature can be controlled below 50°C, effectively ensuring material activity.
This technology can be applied in various fields such as colostrum, coffee, fruit and vegetable powders, and traditional Chinese medicinal materials. In the processing of fruit and vegetable powders, it helps maintain the color, aroma, and flavor of the product, reducing the loss of nutrients such as VC and VE; when used for drying high-viscosity traditional Chinese medicine extracts, it can better preserve the active ingredients of the medicinal materials and reduce the occurrence of wall sticking.
The equipment integrates functions such as concentration, drying, granulation, and sorting. Through a three-stage fluidized granulation technology, the produced instant granule products have good dispersibility and flowability.
